Program Description
AltheoMatch sends caregivers text notifications about newly available shifts in their area. Notifications may include shift details such as location, time, pay rate, and a link or instructions for expressing interest in the shift.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Altheo.care does not charge a fee for sending or receiving SMS messages through AltheoMatch, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on shift availability in your area and your stated preferences. You may receive messages whenever a matching shift becomes available, which could be multiple times per day, weekly, or less frequently depending on demand in your region.

Opt-Out & Help Instructions
You can opt out of the AltheoMatch SMS program at any time. Reply HELP for help, reply STOP to unsubscribe.
After you send STOP, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from AltheoMatch. To rejoin the program at any time, you can opt in again through the same channel you originally used to subscribe.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of Altheo.care's control.
Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the AltheoMatch SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via SMS. Continued participation in the AltheoMatch program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
